St. Patrick's Festival – Dublin, Ireland
St. Patrick’s Festival is now by far the biggest annual event in the country providing entertainment for all interests and ages. The Festival program has music, theatre, family carnivals, comedy, street arts, visual arts, dance, a treasure hunt, symposium, cavalcades of cars.. 4000 performers – 1.5 million spectators and 5 days of fantastic festival fun for all! Pan-Pacific Matsuri Parade – Honolulu, Hawaii
Each year, the Pan-Pacific Festival-Matsuri in Hawaii attracts thousands of people from Japan, the Mainland U.S., and other countries in the Pan-Pacific region. The parade is the main event for the Pan-Pacific Festival. Beginning at Fort DeRussy, the parade goes down Kalakaua Avenue, through the heart of Waikiki and ends at Kapiolani Park. This year, over 1000 marchers from various high school bands from Hawaii and the Mainland U.S. and local ethnic groups marching participate in the parade.
